I’ve spent the last 11+ years turning my passion for fitness into a mission: helping women build strength, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their bodies. As a University of Toronto graduate, Canadian Bikini Bodybuilding Champion, and fitness competitor who competed in 13 shows with top rankings, I know firsthand what it takes to achieve excellence while balancing health. I also know the struggles — the endless fitness fads, conflicting advice, and restrictive diets that leave women feeling exhausted, defeated, and disconnected from their bodies. That’s why I created a different approach. One that combines science-backed training, holistic nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits to empower women not only to transform their physiques, but to optimize energy, balance hormones, restore gut and thyroid health, and feel their absolute best.

"What if I’m a beginner and totally out of shape?"

If you are a beginner, you can complete the daily walk goals set in the calendar,  and select the beginner workouts found in the Workout On Demand section for your training. 

"I don’t have access to a gym. Can I still do this?"

Yes. The 4 day workout split is using all home based equipment. This includes a skipping rope, yoga mat, dumbbells, kettlebells, booty band, glider disks, and a bench. Variations are offered in the notes section above each workout if you need suggestions on swaps. There are also a ton of at home workouts included in the Workout On Demand section in the app.

"What if I don’t have much time?"

The program is designed for busy women and moms. Workouts are efficient, flexible, and can be moved around based on your schedule. Even with just 30 minutes, a few times a week, and following the daily step goal recommendations in the app, you’ll see results. 

"I’ve tried programs before and didn’t stick with them. What makes this different?"

This program is different because I know the struggle. Most programs are too rigid or too extreme, which is why they’re hard to stick with. My program is different because it’s realistic, flexible, and supportive, so you can finally get results that last and a routine you actually enjoy. 

"Do you also provide nutrition guidance?"

Yes. Clients can book 1:1 private nutrition coaching sessions for more in depth coaching and review. Nutrition 1:1 sessions are all virtual using Google Meet as the video platform. 

"What if I don’t see results?"

If you don’t see results, send Abi an email to discuss your struggles in more detail. She can recommend further assistance with coaching and suggest some functional health testing you can do with your doctor to ensure all your internal health markers are in optimal ranges.
