I’ve spent the last 11+ years turning my passion for fitness into a mission: helping women build strength, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their bodies. As a University of Toronto graduate, Canadian Bikini Bodybuilding Champion, and fitness competitor who competed in 13 shows with top rankings, I know firsthand what it takes to achieve excellence while balancing health. I also know the struggles — the endless fitness fads, conflicting advice, and restrictive diets that leave women feeling exhausted, defeated, and disconnected from their bodies.

That’s why I created a different approach. One that combines science-backed training, holistic nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits to empower women not only to transform their physiques, but to optimize energy, balance hormones, restore gut and thyroid health, and feel their absolute best.
